The Kidney Stones Clinic is led by consultant urological surgeons, Mr Vimo Arumuham and Mr Marco Bolgeri, who specialise in diagnosing and treating all types of kidney stones. 

Together they provide expert, consultant-led care using advanced blood and urine tests alongside state-of-the-art imaging to build a clear understanding of your condition and determine the most appropriate treatment approach. 

They are supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, including dedicated urology clinical nurse specialists and support staff. Having worked closely for many years, the team focuses on providing seamless, patient-centred kidney stone care. 

From diagnosis through treatment and follow-up, you’ll be supported at every stage.

Our clinic is led by two highly experienced urological consultants and includes their practice manager Yasmin and nurses Ashleigh and Emily. Together, they offer comprehensive service for the treatment of kidney stone conditions.

Mr Vimoshan Arumuham

Mr Vimoshan Arumuham is Head of Urology at University College London Hospitals, home to the UK’s largest urology department and recognised internationally for its excellence. He provides comprehensive care for the full range of endourological conditions, tailoring his approach to each individual.

Mr Marco Bolgeri

Mr Marco Bolgeri is Clinical Lead for Endourology at St George’s Hospital and a Consultant Urological Surgeon at The Prostate Centre. Specialising in the management of urinary stone disease and complex endourology, Mr Bolgeri has performed over 300 percutaneous renal stone operations and over 2,500 ureteroscopic operations.
